The hotel staff seemed helpful with my toddlers needs at the kitchen. They provide a lot of foods and drinks. I enjoyed games available and the beach access. The pools were good for families.

My room has a great size with comfortable furnishings. It has a mini fridge with bottles of water. The bathroom includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Great amenities, which are important when I TRAVEL with my family.

Staff across all areas seemed available. The staff worked very HARD providing services. Security presence was visible always. The service offered makes this hotel a safe and well-kept place.

this was a solid hotel stay, and i am already thinking about returning. the staff were helpful with anything i needed. i especially enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean for easy beach access. also, the room was always nice and neat, a welcome sight after a day in the sun.
the only real hiccup was the inconsistent drink selection at the bar. i really wanted a specific cocktail, but it wasn't available. it didn't completely ruin the experience, but it was a little disappointing.

The food had great variation. I especially liked the Algerian sauce! Our housekeeper provided lovely touches in the rooms. The rooms were clean.
The gym needs new equipment. It only includes 3 treadmills.

The staff offered excellent hospitality. They told me what to do to get milk, and they really helped me out. Every night, I spent time with the best bar team I have ever seen. The room decorations are simple. It also has a luxurious view.
The air conditioning could be better.

The hotel offers two heated pools in addition to one unheated pool. There is also a kids park that will entertain children, offering them hours of amusement with various play structures and green spaces for running around.

The hotel is conveniently located close to travel destinations for first-time visitors. It is not far from the city center. There are sunny days around the beach, which makes the area shine, and you can surf a little in Taghazout a short distance from the hotel.

especially in the dining areas. the variety of food was excellent. There were many choices for every meal. the room was clean and well kept. I loved the proximity to the beach. It was an easy walk!
the pool area gets quite crowded early. this required some planning.

The beach access is quick. It is like a 30 second walk. The Moroccan themed day has everyone in costume. The sunset from the upper bar terrace is very beautiful. It is a first class hotel.
The room had a damp smell. The alternative room had the same issue. The bedding felt wet even after changes. There is internal moisture.
