seaside promenade visually appealing surroundings damaged curtain uncleaned hair
the location is perfect. It is directly by the sea, next to a seaside promenade. The surroundings are visually appealing, i thought.
the curtain to the balcony was coming off the rail. It stayed like that all the time i was there. My partner's hair left on the floor for the entire holiday was also an issue.

not quite the five stars i expected.
slow refills unprofessional staff
The breakfast setup was a bit chaotic. I often had to hunt for a free table. items ran out quickly. Refills were slow. one evening, i saw a staff member get visibly angry with guests about drinks. it felt unprofessional and definitely not what i would expect from a supposed five-star hotel.

totally amazing stay!
great sea view spacious bathroom modern design cactus garden
the room had a great sea view , it was light and airy. the bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. the hotel has a nice modern design overall. there is a fine cactus garden plus a great pool area.
i found the curtain to the balcony was coming off the rail and remained like that the entire time i was there.

i noticed the pool had steps and a gradual ramp, a thoughtful design. i saw guests order food one day in advance and the chef pureed it.

the reception staff were great. there was entertainment in the evening , and it was generally very good. the staff were friendly , and very professional too.
