the service are real good. staff is amazing. alberto is a great person. the hotel manager valentino is friendly and accomodating.
the room wasnt very clean. the hygiene it was very low. the room was cleaned only once in my stay. we are not happy about it.

location is close to bars and clubs. the beach is near. views were amazing with sunrise from the mountains and sunset to the ocean. staff did a good job, organizing events and activities during the day.
rooms are old. the furniture has veneer peeling off. door fittings are loose. the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. i reported the room issues, but they said all rooms are generally like that.

the room was a studio sea view. this room included a good ocean view and it had sufficient space.
the bathtub was not very clean. ONE cleaning would have helped.
