mixed feelings about the stay
inconsistent qualitylimited dining
the food options were disappointing. i found the quality inconsistent and lacking flavor. (i expected more for the price i paid!) also, the advertised restaurants were not available, which limited dining choices significantly. the overall experience left me somewhat dissatisfied.

the room they give me, a double room sea view, it be more like a double room sewer view since the smell was offensive. the patio door didn't lock and i hear loud entertainment till late.

the entertainment team was amazing! they included everyone in the activities. the variety of shows and games was excellent. i enjoyed the all-inclusive beverages until 11pm. the team invested time in, especially the dancing.
the slides closed too early at 5pm, a slight disappointment for the kids.

the pool area is great, offering a poolside bar. the bar serves AMAZING pizzas!!! the lobby area provides a comfortable space to relax. the hotel has slides, though they close early at 5 pm.

the hotel has waterslides, i saw kids having a blast! rooms were cleaned daily, a plus for me. plus, there are restaurants and even a shop right in the hotel, so handy.
the guy at the front desk wasn't great. customer service skills were definitely lacking, that's for sure! breakfast was not good. lunch and dinner were also not good. the food was cold, and it was the same stuff every single day.
