mixed feelings about the stay
inconsistent quality limited dining
the food options were disappointing. i found the quality inconsistent and lacking flavor. (i expected more for the price i paid!) also, the advertised restaurants were not available, which limited dining choices significantly. the overall experience left me somewhat dissatisfied.

offensive smell locked patio
the reception team was friendly i suppose.
the room they give me, a double room sea view, it be more like a double room sewer view since the smell was offensive. the patio door didn't lock and i hear loud entertainment till late.

superb vacation experience!
inclusive team excellent variety inclusive beverages good dancing
the entertainment team was amazing! they included everyone in the activities. the variety of shows and games was excellent. i enjoyed the all-inclusive beverages until 11pm. the team invested time in, especially the dancing.
the slides closed too early at 5pm, a slight disappointment for the kids.

the reception and restaurant staff members are friendly. they are helpful with requests. the team makes guests feel welcome and ensures a smooth experience from arrival to departure.

the pool area is great, offering a poolside bar. the bar serves AMAZING pizzas!!! the lobby area provides a comfortable space to relax. the hotel has slides, though they close early at 5 pm.

the rooms are clean and well-stocked with toiletries. i got fresh towels daily. tea and coffee making facilities are provided. i had a family room with connecting rooms and a garden view.

decent stay with a few hiccups
water slides kids entertainment daily room cleaning hotel shop convenient facilities rude staff cold food repetitive menu lacking enthusiasm
the hotel has waterslides, i saw kids having a blast! rooms were cleaned daily, a plus for me. plus, there are restaurants and even a shop right in the hotel, so handy.
the guy at the front desk wasn't great. customer service skills were definitely lacking, that's for sure! breakfast was not good. lunch and dinner were also not good. the food was cold, and it was the same stuff every single day.

friendly service helpful team fresh food
the reception desk provided very friendly service. i felt very welcomed by the guest relations team, they helped me with a small anniversary surprise at one of the restaurants. the food was delicious and fresh.
the elevators did not always function reliably.

sea view daily cleaning breakfast buffet
The room included a balcony with a sea view. Daily cleaning service ensured fresh towels and water were always available. The breakfast buffet provided many choices.
The gym equipment showed slight wear and tear.
