Fantastic stay with awesome amenities!
efficient parking amazing cocktail super clean room
The valet parking was efficient. It made coming and going very easy. Josie at the bar mixed amazing cocktails and created a fun atmosphere for everyone. Our room was super clean and well prepared. It ensured we felt comfortable immediately.

The hotel's location allowed easy walks to nearby attractions and dining spots. I explored the area without needing a car. The proximity to various points of interest added great value. This convenience enhanced the overall travel experience.

The on-site restaurant offered a variety of choices with fresh ingredients. Every meal I had tasted great. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast options available each morning. Quality ingredients made meals nice.

The staff responded quickly to requests. They addressed any concerns efficiently . Miae, our server, made my birthday celebration lovely and nice. I found that Rain, the manager, was very attentive and friendly.

The hotel has an amazing pool, and I found a great spot to relax. The gym had modern equipment including several treadmills. I used the exercise bikes too. A dedicated space for workouts kept me active.

i found the beach access very convenient. there was no need to cross a road to get to the sand. the tiki bar was lively each evening with live music. the pool servers, arlene and bessie, provided friendly, quick service.
The bathroom had a barn door with a large gap. It lacked privacy

the front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. the pool servers provided great service. denzel, the assistant manager, checked with us frequently to ensure we were having a nice time and if we needed anything.

the hotel is near many restaurants. it is within walking distance to much of what the area offers. the location provided a beautiful stretch of beach and a nice pool area.

I could easily walk onto the beach. I could also rent beach cabs. everything was nearby. The location was very convenient.
The bathroom doors lacked a full seal. This could potentially raise privacy concerns for some guests.

Wonderful Beach Stay!
beach access convenient location comfortable bed
I really liked the location. It provided easy access to the beach! The proximity to Pier 60 was very convenient for evening strolls. I found the beds to be comfortable, though they were smaller than expected, not the queen size I am used to. Josie at the beach bar made really good mudslides. I really enjoyed them.
I encountered a delay in receiving a microwave for the room. I was told by multiple employees it was on the way. Five hours passed before it arrived, inconvenient. I am aware it is not the front desk's fault. I believe housekeeping needs to improve service quality.

The hotel benefits from an excellent location. It provides direct beach access with proximity to many attractions. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel hotel. This made exploring the area simple.

I found the valet service to be efficient. The staff was helpful upon arrival. The front desk employees were courteous and readily available to address any inquiries! The poolside service was attentive. Servers checked on guests frequently.
