average stay with some letdowns
outdated rooms cigarette smoke
the resort is located conveniently near the beach and river i found that acceptable.
the rooms are quite outdated they lack modern touches i expected and could use refurbishment the noise from the nearby road was bothersome the busy road is right next to the resort plus the resort allowed smoking by the pool so i could not avoid cigarette smoke there.

constant traffic outdated rooms
the so called private beach was a letdown it was not well maintained traffic noise was constant as a busy road separates the hotel from the shoreline rooms felt outdated they could use some modernization the only light switches were behind the bed making them hard to reach

average food quality constant traffic noise
The food quality at the restaurant was average. I had expected better for the price. The so-called private beach was in poor shape and barely worthy of being classed as a beach. A busy road separates the hotel from the shoreline, it leads to constant traffic noise.
