cold pool water low temperature
The staff helped with technology difficulties we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them

fantastic stay!
warm smiles warm tea towel animals fresh fruit
i found the staff greeted me with smiles. one morning, i wasn't feeling well, and the receptionist kindly brought some warm tea. housekeeping left little towel animals in my room, it made me laugh. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet, (especially the fresh fruit) and the staff remembered my coffee order.
the windows in the room weren't soundproofed well enough. i heard noise from the street below at times, but it wasn't too disruptive.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food items. i noticed a variety of asian and western options. the restaurant staff kept everything well-stocked and clean during service.

my room included air conditioning that worked very efficiently. i saw the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided toiletries. the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh.

the reception staff were helpful with local information. i saw they arranged airport transfers and tours. the housekeeping service was daily and thorough and also, laundry was available.
