The hotel rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful . The location offered convenient access to various attractions. I found the rooftop pool to be an excellent amenity with scenic views.

The hotel corridors had inadequate lighting , which was inconvenient.

the hotel provided a safe in the room, which i found very useful. the rooftop pool bar offered a relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a day out. i also appreciated the spacious room.

the noise from other guests was noticeable at times. tv volume from nearby rooms disrupted my sleep, especially after 10 pm.

Breakfast included various options, such as a coffee machine that brewed different types of coffee. Fresh fruit like watermelon and dragon fruit was always available. Asian and english style breakfast options made my mornings convenient.

The staff was generally helpful and courteous, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, something i noticed. i liked the slippers, side bag, and umbrella provided for beach use. I could even borrow towels for my trips to the beach, i appreciated this.

the gym had modern equipment! i liked the treadmills and weight machines. the rooftop pool area had amazing views, so romantic. the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of thai dishes.

the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer, i noticed.
