The lighting at night created a magical ambiance. Our room with pool access made swimming convenient. We enjoyed being close to shops. it was a quick walk to the beach. Perfect!

The room had a slight initial smell. It did not spoil our trip, though.

The hotel offers two pools. One is hidden near the swim-up rooms, a great perk. A gym provides options like treadmills and bikes for active guests, so it's easy to stay fit. There is also a game room with billiards and foosball for extra fun, really cool.

the gardens were beautiful and well maintained. i found the staff always very polite. the location proved convenient. our room was beautifully decorated.

the bathroom seemed to have some discoloration and looked a bit unclean in the shower. i noticed a lot of dust on the furnishings. the pool didn't seem clean, it had lots of plant matter in it.

The staff greeted us with smiles. The pools were lovely. I have no complaints.

The room smelled like sewage. The housekeeping came with room freshener but it did not help. There seemed to be a drainage issue under the rooms and the stench ruined my time there. They really should look into it. Moving rooms made no sense so I stuck with it.

this hotel provided one of the best experiences i ever had. the thai art and unbelievable pools created a perfect atmosphere. staff members were warm and generous, especially boy, k2, light and kae. the baray suite i stayed in had the biggest bed i ever slept in.
