friendly staff attentive team

The staff were very great. The hotel care team responded quickly to a room issue. The deputy manager personally ensured I was moved to a more comfortable room. The overall atmosphere was cute, and the location was convenient.

the hotel is a short distance from the airport. it sits near many attractions and is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets. the staff are friendly and very helpful. the breakfast had many options and was always delicious.

i had some issues with the shower pressure being inconsistent. i did not appreciate this inconvenience, even though it was minor.

the hotel is on the beach and the facilities were marvelous. the staff was courteous and always ready to help. the food was really good. i enjoyed perlangi grill with super good food and fantastic service, but the pool view was amazing!

The resort features a layout near the beach. Staff members are helpful . The pools are clean. I enjoyed the live music available at the restaurant. Taxis are readily available near the resort.
