The location was excellent. the beach was large and clean, and the sand felt great for walks i loved the many trees and garden around the hotel. They were beautiful. the pools were also great!
the air conditioner was too noisy! i had some trouble sleeping well because of it.

The beach was clean and easily accessible. The pool area included maintained gardens. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive when I made requests. I also found the breakfast offered a large variety of food.
My room's air conditioner was quite noisy which affected my sleep a little.

The room had two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower. The room was secure and it overlooked the pool area. I also appreciated the comfortable bed offered in the room.

the location was really good and convenient to restaurants. the pool is also fantastic.
check-in was SLOW, compounded by a pushy tour group. the staff did not seem trained to handle this situation. the hotel encourages guests to use the in-room safe but the safe was locked out. no attempt was made to fix this

i found plenty of parking. i liked the on-site spa and the beach bar with comfortable seating. my room faced the garden and it was a quiet room. the food at the pool restaurant was tasty.
the check-in process felt slow to me. another tour group arrived right after us and took the staff's attention. it seemed like the staff was not prepared for this situation.
