the pool included a kids' pool with showers. there was also a fountain and a pool bar nearby. i found the location very convenient as batu ferringhi was close by.
the staff didn't offer any assistance with luggage. i was not given any compensation such as a voucher from management. i had to go up and down using the stairs on the 9th level

the location is wonderful. i found the staff in the dining area to be very helpful. the room was quite comfortable. our room had a partial sea view.
the main door should be replaced. while the furniture was clean, it was very old. bathroom and closet doors should be replaced.

i enjoyed the calm garden area facing the sea it had a soothing breeze and the waves sound was very relaxing i really liked the pool area and found the beach chairs to be comfortable i found a nice massage service by the pool.
i noticed there were no knives for spreading butter at breakfast i also noticed long coffee queues for the machine coffee.

the room was clean and good sized it also felt comfortable allowing for a restful stay i found the bedding to be excellent and really enjoyed relaxing in my room.

The pool area was quite nice and there were many sun loungers available.
My room was not excellent. There was a noticeable damp smell and the furniture seemed old. I was disappointed to find that the on-site restaurants were all closed. Breakfast quality was lacking. I feel the hotel could improve the variety and freshness of the food.

the allocated room showed signs of wear. furthermore, the breakfast buffet fell short of expectations as there was no active cooling system for the fresh items like fruit and salads.
