clean room various pools breakfast variety

i enjoyed my stay. the rooms were very clean, and the staff provided fresh towels every day. the resort features several pools including dedicated areas for kids and adults (i enjoyed them all). the breakfast buffet had great variety.

navigating kata noi outside the hotel was a challenge.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable.

The Wi-Fi was slow. It was unstable and unreliable. Guests reserved poolside sunbeds as early as 5:30 AM. This added unnecessary stress.

friendly staff great breakfast damp smell uncleaned bathroom

the resort is huge. it might not suit everyone but for my family it was ideal. the staff were friendly to my baby and they were great too put a smile on her face (which i really appreciated). we had great breakfast and a lovely thai dinner.

the room smelt like damp. it was not cleaned properly . the bathroom shower had not been cleaned well and the floors were not mopped.
