excellent stay in a fine resort
clean room various pools breakfast variety
i enjoyed my stay. the rooms were very clean, and the staff provided fresh towels every day. the resort features several pools including dedicated areas for kids and adults (i enjoyed them all). the breakfast buffet had great variety.
navigating kata noi outside the hotel was a challenge.

the room included two smart tvs, convenient. daily cleaning services kept everything tidy and refreshed with ample towel supply. i found the room spacious and comfortable.

the resort boasts six pools, providing options for all ages. a dedicated kids splash zone kept the little ones entertained. the kids club offered activities every day, that my kids enjoyed.

the resort sits right on a beautiful beach. west coast location enabled amazing sunsets. palm trees surrounded the area.

the full board package included a buffet breakfast with a set menu for lunch and dinner. with six restaurants available, a buggy ride to the northern lobby provided access to more choices. cocktail hour was quite a treat.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
slow wi-fi unnecessary stress
The breakfast buffet was acceptable.
The Wi-Fi was slow. It was unstable and unreliable. Guests reserved poolside sunbeds as early as 5:30 AM. This added unnecessary stress.

overall satisfied
friendly staff great breakfast damp smell uncleaned bathroom
the resort is huge. it might not suit everyone but for my family it was ideal. the staff were friendly to my baby and they were really good too put a smile on her face (which i really appreciated). we had great breakfast and a lovely thai dinner.
the room smelt like damp. it was not cleaned properly . the bathroom shower had not been cleaned well and the floors were not mopped.
