I really liked the large, clean pools. They offered ample space for everyone. the breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. It catered to all tastes. i found the location very convenient, close to the beach and town center.
the hotel seemed a little dated, could USE some updating in certain areas.

queen-sized beds spacious room vegetarian curry
i stayed in a family suite it had two queen-sized beds and a living room with televisions. the suite featured a separate wardrobe area it was very spacious. i liked the jacuzzi with 24/7 hot water and the balcony with a pool view. the staff customized a vegetarian thai curry for my wife.
the room had a bad damp musty smell it would not go away. i expected a higher specification from a hotel room in thailand. every morning from 7.30 it was very loud because the room was two floors above the breakfast restaurant.

the hotel is near patong beach the beach is just across the road. many bars and restaurants are a short walk away. taxis and tuktuks are easy to get to and from the hotel.

varied choices nice pools convenient location
The breakfast buffet had LOTS of choices. The pools were very nice and well-kept. I especially appreciated that there were eight of them. The location was convenient since it was right across from the beach.
I noticed that tv did not have netflix. I had to rely on youtube.

Staff members greeted guests warmly and provided attentive service. The entertainment team, including Kelvin, Dino, and Asha, created a cute atmosphere. They hosted activities like water aerobics, a lot of FUN.

Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. This. The air conditioning worked effectively, and the mini bar was well-stocked. The bathroom was clean and included up-to-date facilities.

The hotel is ideally situated close to various attractions and activities. The resort is across the road from the beach, which allows easy access. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops located nearby.

the hotel had everything i needed. spacious rooms were cleaned every day. fabulous swimming pools offered great relaxation. i particularly appreciated the bowling alley and pool tables.
