The site was beautiful. I LOVED the pool. It was very clean. The breakfast offered many options, so there was something for everyone.
There were some stones in front of the sea making it hard to swim. It was not ideal because there was no swimming option.

Our Lagoon Pool Access Bathtub room included a separate bathtub and shower. The air conditioning worked VERY well. The room also featured a furnished balcony with direct access to the pool.

i found the resort to be a fine hotel, with its own private beach where i could listen to the waves. our beachfront cottage was spacious, beautifully decorated, and ideally located near the shore. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with many options including vegetarian (a plus for me!). the resort grounds are expansive, perfect for a relaxing stroll. there were even complimentary daily activities.
the hill train to get to the hillside rooms demanded some patience at times (but it was manageable).

The resort features a giant pool perfect for both swimming and relaxation. The poolside bar serves amazing cocktails. free shuttles are available to nearby areas, including tourist attractions. i noticed several activities for children were available throughout the day.

The resort includes a beachfront bar and bistro for lunch or dinner. The pizza is freshly made to order. we dined at the crocodile bar (it was charming and romantic!). i especially enjoyed the mango smoothie there. It was good.

Our beachfront cottage had comfortable and big beds. The amenities smelled amazing and didn't dry out the skin. the room decorations. it was very relaxing to wake up and open the windows to that beautiful view.

the resort is near patong and kamala, with free shuttles available to those areas. a shop and some restaurants are conveniently located nearby. i found it easy to access the livelier side of phuket but still enjoy peace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several individuals provided excellent service. bom, our porter, was helpful. I must add Jan and peach were warm and friendly. the staff at the petting zoo were kind and helpful to the children.

the lush greenery and beautiful flowers impressed ME. everything was maintained well and thoughtfully designed. swimming pools blend perfectly into the landscape, i found them attractive. the mini animal corner with piglets was good. it brought joy to both children and adults.
The sloped tiled entry into the pool was slippery. I noticed THERE WERE no hand rails.

I found the pool access room very convenient. The private beach was accessible, though rocky at low tide. I enjoyed the swim-up bar, especially during the barbecue night. The hotel also offered free shuttles to nearby towns, for example Kamala and Patong.
During check-in, i noticed that staff seemed tired. Finding my way around wasn't clear since no one directed me. Luggage assistance was also absent.
