great lobby cooking class

I enjoyed the lobby, views, and the staff's friendliness very much. the cooking class with amazing views was enjoyable. the meals i cooked tasted really good.

the room was spacious. good quality toiletries were available. a free shuttle to a nearby mall was helpful. the staff gave us useful support.

my daughter wanted water at check-in, but only sweet juice was available. the neighbors were partying, and it was noisy for our family with a toddler. the room let in sounds from both the balcony and the entrance.

enjoyable stay with fun activities for kids

friendly staff fun party

the staff are fabulous with children. they remembered kids names and were always happy to see them. the kids party was a lot of fun, especially with tom, beat, bank, four, few, aya, ayu and pang. we thank them for making our stay fun.

i found that the hotel charged extra for milk. it was only a small bottle of milk for our baby. this felt unacceptable and insensitive.

the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. the territory features a children's club, which hosted a party twice a week, and my child enjoyed it. the hotel also provided a free transfer to the shopping center.
