mixed feelings about my stay

unadjustable acdead bugs

i was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the air conditioning was set to a temperature i couldn't adjust. there were also a lot of bugs throughout the hotel. i saw both tiny ones in the room and larger, dead ones in the hallways which were not cleaned .

i found the staff warm and cute. the location offered a clean, private beach perfect for relaxation. my room provided nice views and was always kept impeccably clean. i particularly appreciated the convenient access to tour operators from the hotel, simplifying my travel plans.

the gym EQUIPMENT could use some updating.

The neat bellman greeted us so tenderly. he offered valet parking. It felt quite unique. khun ta checked us in professionally. i received all the info i needed for a wonderful stay. i believe this is the most romantic beach resort i've visited.

The older wing felt a bit humid. The floor was wet. i asked for a humidifier, but still felt the humidity.

i think that bellman standed and greeted at the entrance was a lovely touch. a valet parking was offered, it felt so special. the checkin process went so smooth and i recieved information about everything.

i was placed in an older wing and the room felt humid. some painting were peeling off too.

the gym included clean , new equipment.

the main pool was out of service my entire stay , and i found this frustrating , as i wanted to avoid the mixed adult and child pool. also , the staff's limited english made communication difficult. taking two muffins from the breakfast buffet resulted in an unnecessarily rude confrontation with a staff member over hygiene , despite being allowed to take leftovers from paid meals.
