The breakfast was varied and delicious (especially the pancakes!). I found the reception staff to be lovely and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.
The beach was dirty with rubbish EVERYWHERE. I think for such a high price there are much nicer places to stay. My room had no fan or ventilation and the shower drain was completely blocked.
the staff were very attentive and helpful. the hotel offers direct access to the beach. boat avenue is very close offering shopping and dining options. several activities are available at the resort.

Underwhelming Stay at This Resort
mediocre serviceunsafe design
The service was mediocre. Staff seemed uninterested in helping with requests, even simple things like getting a bath mat required multiple calls. The bathroom design itself was unsafe, it had a deep step that felt mad really like a tripping hazard. The lack of attention to detail really detracted from what could have been a better experience.

Underwhelming Stay. Improvements Needed
strange smellhigh prices
The room felt a bit stuffy, even with the air conditioning running. It just didn't cool down properly. The bathroom had a strange smell, and it seemed to linger. The minibar prices were outrageous. I also noticed some wear and tear in the hallways, things could use a refresh.
