seamless transfer great location
The staff members were friendly! The provided airport transfer was also seamless and efficient. It made my arrival very easy and comfortable. The hotel location across from the beach was great!
The gym could use some newer equipment, it felt a bit outdated.

peeling paint inconsistent service
the hotel exterior was quite worn. paint was peeling in places. i noticed some rust around the pool area. this detracted from the overall impression of luxury. also, the promised turndown service seemed to be skipped on two of my nights. i found this inconsistent with what i expected.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay!
complimentary tea spacious room free sauna helpful staff
The hotel offered complimentary high tea. The rooms are spacious with bathtubs, a rare treat! I used the sauna, which I had free access to for 30 minutes each day, and found that a nice way to relax. The hotel is near bars and restaurants, and the staff are very helpful.
The hotel photos do not entirely match reality though, it's divided into two parts and one part is closed.

Staff members Uyen, Ny, and Hien were consistently helpful. The staff, from the front desk to the bell boys, showed friendliness and were very attentive. The door staff were particularly attentive at making you feel special too.

great pool helpful staff wide range
i appreciated this hotel's location across from the beach, and it included a great pool. nearby are several cafes and restaurants. the staff, quyen, kha, and hien, i found to be very helpful and cute. the breakfast was above average with a wide range of options.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating i found, particularly oscar, uyen, quyen and kiet at the reception. phuc, the fb manager, was also very attentive, i noticed. this.

the hotel location is convenient to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. i found the hotel to be in a great location near everything i needed. this made moving around quite simple for me.
