convenient location helpful staff overall value

The location is super convenient near the train station! the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and quick assistance. the cleanliness was great. I noticed everything was super clean and well kept. i was really impressed with the overall value. It exceeded my expectations for a quick stay!

the room size was definitely on the smaller side. it felt a bit cramped. i really needed more space to move around comfortably.

there are many dining options nearby like a great supermarket not too far from the location which is handy. also many cafes and shops in the area offer a variety of choices for a quick snack.

the hotel offers 24-hour access and luggage storage after checkout. the wifi worked perfectly making it easier to keep up to date on my emails. i definitely used both features during my time.

the hotel is close to the maria zambrano station with metro and train access. i easily got to the airport by tube and explored the city center easily. the proximity to transport was fantastic

the location was acceptable it was close to transport and restaurants

the room felt small i struggled to find a place for my suitcase and there was nowhere to sit comfortably it made the space feel cramped and inconvenient

clean room helpful staff convenient location transport link

the hotel provided a welcome respite after a long journey. my clean room included basic amenities. i found the staff helpful during check-in. i appreciated the proximity to transport links, as it made getting around easy.

soundproofing was not great, and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. it was a very slight issue.

while the hotel does not have its own dining facilities, i noticed a good little café just around the corner. there are also many options in the nearby shopping center near the station. these are easy options for breakfast or a quick snack.

excellent location cute staff functional television good shower

The location was excellent opposite the train station making it easy to find. The staff was very cute and helpful during check-in. My room had good air conditioning and a functional television. The shower pressure was very good and refreshing after a long day.

The room was smaller than expected and noise from the corridor was audible.
