I adored the villa i stayed in. It offered very nice space and comfort. the staff was generally very helpful and cute. i was very impressed by the amenities provided like the gym and pools. souad at the front desk was really knowledgeable and assisted with local information.

the breakfast could perhaps have a slightly wider array of choices, but it was still very satisfactory overall.

The staff displayed a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. They were very responsive to requests and readily offered assistance with directions. yousra and achraf were particularly attentive, ensuring all needs were met promptly. their professionalism stood out .

The grounds are expansive with lovely landscaping and offer superb views. it provided a quiet environment, perfect to relax. the pools were carefully maintained and clean. I saw staff taking care of them regularly.

I appreciated the clean hotel away from the city noise. the staff were friendly. Souad was especially helpful. oumaima and hassan were also very kind. i found the entire place relaxing (exactly what i needed).

during my stay, the pools were cold. i understand it is difficult to maintain the temperature, but i expected warmer water. the pool temperature affected my overall experience. i hope they address this in the future.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options, including bakery items and fresh juices. i was especially impressed by the omelette station. The woman there really knew her craft. the diversity was great.

The staff was super friendly. They really cared for the customers and asked if i needed anything, the pools seemed clean and well maintained every day. diversity of the breakfast buffet impressed me a lot and the rooms were very clean indeed. different places in the hotel allowed me to sit and enjoy the view, the wifi was good too.

the hotel offers a very pleasant experience, especially with the amazing views and cute atmosphere. the staff were helpful, always demonstrating positive attitudes and providing excellent customer service, which i really enjoyed. breakfast had an excellent diversity of options, i especially appreciated the delicious juices and the freshly made omelettes.

the air conditioning in the room was not working, made the room hot, this impacted my sleep quality. i hope this is fixed soon!

The hotel features two well maintained swimming pools, and i observed staff cleaning them every morning and evening. A poolside agent offered towels and parasols, helping set them up exactly as needed for shade. the hotel also had a golf course!

Underwhelming stay, needs improvement

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The room service was slow (it took over an hour to get a simple order). I also noticed that the gym equipment was outdated and not well kept. A LOT of the machines were out of order, frustrating. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
