a lovely stay!

fluffy towel rooftop terrace fresh juice

I stayed in the assala double room. It was spacious. the bathroom had fluffy, soft towels. the rooftop terrace offered great views, especially during breakfastwith fresh orange juice. the location was perfect. It was easy to walk to both the beach and the medina.

the entrance was a bit confusing because of the narrow staircase next to another riad.

The staff showed great care when i arrived. they gave advice about places for visits and things to see. the breakfast also adapted to my travel plans on the morning i left. there is a restaurant associated with the hotel. It was excellent.

I found the room needed refurbishment. The hotel had an air of being run-down. i noticed missing tiles in the shower. i also saw rotting window frames. there was no fridge and no tv.

The location offered easy access to both the beach and the medina's main street. The terrace provided a pleasant area. Breakfasts tasted great. The staff exhibited friendliness and a helpful attitude. I found the room to be spacious, clean, and filled with sunlight with a nice sea view.

wonderful stay!

clean room delicious options convenient proximity

I appreciated the attention to detail from the staff. the rooms felt spacious and very clean. the breakfast included many delicious options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. i took advantage of the proximity to the ramparts.

the elevator was a little slow at times, but i used the stairs.

warm hospitality really good service super clean housekeeping

the staff offered warm hospitality. amin and oussama stood out for their really good service. housekeeping maintained everything super clean. breakfast each morning was excellent, with varied options.

the room lacked tea or coffee facilities! i expected these amenities. there was also no tv, which i missed during downtime.

the location is excellent. the staff showed concern and care, advising on places to visit. breakfast adapted to our travel plans the morning we left..

our room did not have tea or coffee facilities. there was also no tv. they did not tell us until we arrived that the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay..
