The location was great. It was super easy to get around. the staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions. the superior room i had was very quiet. I did not hear street noise.

The bathroom was small. It felt cramped. the floor in my room was slanted. It felt a little odd walking on it. the air conditioning wasn't working correctly. The room was too warm.

The location offered a prime spot near the main street and sea front. I found a tram stop quite close for travel to other places. I could reach the train station with just a short walk. The staff proved friendly. Danielle was especially helpful when I arrived.

I noticed cosmetic updates would greatly improve the hotel. I saw peeling corners on the mirrors and dings plus scratches on the door. More hooks or shelves in the bathroom would be helpful.
