Really good Stay with Attentive Staff

I found the staff helpful. David and Noreen provided great information and accommodated our check-in. Diane, Nicolas, and Claudia were lovely. Fran and Charles at night were friendly. The room cleanliness reached a high standard, rarely found. Isa and Noreen took great care of us during breakfast (the Coffee was so good!).

i just came back from the most awesome time! the staff greeted me with warm smiles and helpful attitudes, they seriously. david at reception had great tips for exploring! the beautifully clean room had really comfy beds and the linens felt super nice.

The reception staff was very helpful. Diame and David were especially kind. I also found the breakfast service friendly (Noreen and Isa were great!). The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It's a short walk of about 10 minutes.
My superior queen room was smaller than expected. The soundproofing was not effective. Hallway noise was disruptive (especially in the mornings). The 'city view' from the window was disappointing. It overlooked some trash.
