The staff provided helpful tips for my weekend. The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions. Breakfast had tasty coffee. Nicolette was friendly in the breakfast hall.
The bathroom tiles had some mould spots.

I noticed plain decor in both room and hotel. The shower setup was in the bath, a little slippery for me.

The check-in process included maps and recommendations. This was acceptable.
a staff member helped with suitcases, but this was inconvenient. there were no blinds on the window, and a street light shone directly into the room. i was moved to a smaller room as a result.
