spacious apartment clean apartment great location old air conditioning manual control rude receptionist
The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great. It was close to the train station. Plenty of restaurants were nearby, there was even a supermarket close by.
The air conditioning seemed old. It had a manual temperature control and didn't cool well.

rude reception staff verbal attack
The location was great, and the apartment had everything I needed.
The reception staff were rude (especially the blonde woman), and when I called to get an invoice after my stay, I was verbally attacked over the phone. People of color should NOT go there.

My room was well-equipped with all necessary items. The location is excellent, close to local shops and the seafront. Beds are comfy and sizable. I also found the staff helpful.

Acceptable Room, Problems with Amenities
overused towels no place
The apartment was in a great location with a short walk to the promenade and the layout of the apartment was great.
The room quality was not what I expected given the price I paid. Towels seemed old and overused.
