Solid Choice Near the Port
free buffet helpful staff
The hotel offered easy access to the Port and the tram. The breakfast buffet was free and had many options. I appreciated the option to leave my luggage after checkout. It allowed me to explore more. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The elevator keys didn't always work well. On my last day, my key failed to activate the elevator, and I was briefly stuck inside with the light off. The noise outside at night could be disturbing sometimes.

small room inconvenient elevator
the location was acceptable given its proximity to various restaurants near the port.
My room proved to be quite small. the lack of space made movement difficult, especially with luggage. the elevator was also inconvenient. It barely accommodated two people at a time..

I found the location very convenient near many restaurants and bars. The harbor is a short walk. The provided toiletries were of good quality (a nice touch!). I also appreciated the modern bathroom with enough towels.
The lift experienced high traffic, so there were some waits.

Convenient Stay Near the Port
city center helpful staff
The hotel is close to many bars, and a short walk takes you to the city center. The tram station is also conveniently located, just five minutes from the hotel. The staff was helpful and polite , offering useful recommendations .
The key cards frequently stopped working , which meant multiple trips back to the reception for resetting. This became quite inconvenient, especially after a long day.
