The air conditioning worked GREAT. The room stayed cool throughout my entire stay. Its location proved perfect for beach access. The provided beach bag and fan reminded me of a lovely touch.
I encountered some noise issues. The street traffic created poor sound insulation (it was quite noticeable). I could hear noises from the adjacent room. THIS impacted my ability to fully relax at times.

the location was great five minutes from the promenade d'anglais. a direct tram route runs to the airport it is just five minutes from the hotel. the breakfast offered a good variety and fresh orange juice was available.
my room overlooked a main road and lacked privacy. there were no shelves in the bathroom for personal items and the shower leaked when used.

The hotel's location is very convenient! It is just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast selection was quite varied and tasty. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Beach towels were provided, a really nice touch.
