The staff was so kind. They remembered our names each morning. the room had the most lovely balcony overlooking the street below. breakfast included local products, a detail i found special, and it was AMAZING!!!

The location was convenient! the train station was nearby, and so was the city center. the room featured effective soundproofing. Street noise was minimal. i found the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay, and the breakfast selection had many choices!

The elevator was quite small. Sometimes, it took a while to arrive.

The room furnishings was worn. Chipped furniture was noticeable upon arrival. the lift was quite small and slow. Waiting for it became a recurring inconvenience (especially during peak hours).

The tram station was just two minutes away, SUPER convenient. Breakfast was generous. It included fresh orange juice and takeaway coffee.

The door had a REALLY big gap and didn't shut all the way.

central location spacious room beeping sound unresolved issue

The hotel location was very central and right next to a big shopping street. The room and bathroom were very clean and relatively spacious. (i really appreciated that)

the ac in my room made a beeping sound whenever i turned it on. i reported the issue and it never got fixed, even though they sent a technician to sort it out, it didnt work.
