the hotel is just a block from the beach and the tram stop is right outside! adding breakfast is simple. i told them the day before and it was set. it was convenient because i did not have to pay each day. it was good because my tour schedule sometimes changed.

the air conditioning did not work very well. it was quite warm outside, and the room wasn't much better.

The window could not be opened. I believe air and humidity might become a problem because of that. There was no phone in the room, so it was impossible to contact the reception to ask for support.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It is also conveniently located near a tram stop. I appreciated the option to add breakfast by informing the staff one day in advance. This arrangement made it easy to manage meals around my schedule (which could change).

The air conditioning unit in my room struggled to keep up with the summer heat. It made the room less comfortable.
