The team displayed kindness and professionalism at every turn. Staff was ready to help me in every way possible. The front desk handled my luggage transfer with ease. The breakfast and spa teams offered excellent service.

the cap d'antibes apartment terrace sea view was spacious and had a large terrace. i appreciated the two sun loungers and tables with chairs on the terrace. the view was amazing and i enjoyed watching the sunset. the beach bar across the road had great food and cocktails.

The location was excellent. I found it easy to walk to many beaches and restaurants. The gym was in pristine condition. It was nice that secure underground parking was available (i paid 20 euros daily).
the staff seemed unprofessional. I noticed them chatting amongst themselves frequently. My room faced a wall, disappointing. the housekeeper changed towels randomly.

the room was comfortable with nice pillows. staff were friendly and helpful to guests. air conditioning worked well in both the main area and the bedroom. food was available through room service, which I found convenient.
i found limited english news channels available on the tv. there was no netflix access. it would be a welcome addition, so guests can unwind in the evening.

I am repeat guest. The staff is helpful and kind. My room were clean and the location worked great. i especially appreciated that the front desk moved my luggage. This made it easier to attend my meetings.
The walls are very thin. I could hear neighbors easily.

A Stay with Mixed Impressions

The apartment offered a generous space for our stay. It was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided, which I found very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary items for preparing meals (this saved us money on dining out). We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace.
I found the beach club open to the public a bit disappointing. This meant that beach chairs were not always available for hotel guests that week. I also thought charging €5 for each beach towel was a bit much. The room itself felt rather cramped for the price.
