Yanm, the administrator, was very helpful. He provided directions and sightseeing advice, he showed really good honesty by contacting us about forgotten money after checkout, and he ensured the full amount was returned. I am grateful for his care and professionalism. the hotel felt cute and supportive. the service was superb. i would return.
The breakfast was underwhelming, it did not meet my expectations. The interior seemed old.

this hotel is so close to the train station , just a short walk away , made day trips easy. the neighborhood felt secure and the walk to the beach took only fifteen minutes. i loved the renovated rooms , particularly the luxurious and spacious bathroom. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly , such a plus!
i noticed breakfast felt a little underwhelming considering it is a four-star hotel. the interior seemed a touch old-fashioned and i could clearly hear footsteps in the corridor , which got a bit noisy.

the location was great, a short walk from the train station was convenient.
the room i booked wasn't what i expected, there were loud noises coming from the plumbing each evening and it sounded strange, like someone was in the walls. it was a disruption when i was trying to sleep.

the location was indeed convenient, close to the train station (getting around was very easy). the room was clean and spacious, with a modern bathroom. i received a few croissants on the morning of my departure, a nice gesture.
the breakfast felt underwhelming for a 4-star hotel. i could clearly hear footsteps in the corridor, quite noisy. plumbing made loud noises in the evening (it was a bit unsettling).
