Excellent All-Inclusive Experience

I found the private beach access very convenient. it felt exclusive since it was mainly used by hotel guests (i enjoyed this aspect very much). i liked the variety of the food and drinks available. There was something for everyone.

This was a big problem. i also found many mosquitoes in the rooms and the hotel provided no repellent. the food quality was also disappointing.

I found the staff to be friendly. Their attentive service greatly enhanced my stay. the hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. the food selection offered great variety. I liked the breakfast buffet. the lagoon's clear, turquoise water was amazing. I spent a lot of time swimming there.

The beach location is really good among all the hotels in the area. (I really liked this aspect of the hotel!).
The food selection lacked variety. I found the same dishes served repeatedly. This resulted in me dining out at least once a day. The games area was advertised but broken and unusable. It was like the hotel desperately needs updating.

the location proved fantastic. i found the beachfront access felt private, a welcome relief after extensive travel.
The reception staff was unwelcoming upon my arrival. the room cleanliness was substandard. I noticed mould on the window and dead insects on the floor. breakfast options lacked appeal.
