i found the animation team particularly engaging they really encouraged guest participation in the pool games and evening entertainment the guest relations manager murat stood out i found him helpful and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance the staff's attentiveness was very noticeable.
the gym equipment is somewhat dated and could benefit from upgrading for a better workout experience.

The food had very wide variety and tasted good. The pool was lovely and I found the rooms cleaned daily. Guest relations manager Murat was very helpful and cute.
The beds had rock hard mattresses.
