the breakfast buffet was abundant with many choices. the views from the restaurant were quite lovely. i particularly enjoyed the outdoor gardens, they were well maintained. i found the location to be convenient for exploring.
the minibar was supposed to be replenished daily, but it was not. i had to call reception each night for water. i found the towels to have a slight odor. the constant cycling images on the tv were distracting.

The haman offered great relaxation. the staff was excellent, attending to every request promptly. the bar area was lovely with a good selection of drinks. i loved the location near the marina. It provided easy access to boat tours.
the tv seemed to only cycle through a single channel.

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the center. the new bar area was attractive with great marina views. the staff were friendly and helpful, from reception to the bar, always ready to assist with requests.
during my stay, i noticed that breakfast choice was somewhat limited. i also saw cats on the chairs and even on the table during meal times. this was a bit off-putting and detracted from the dining experience.

The hotel features a lovely setting with well kept areas for relaxation. a highlight is the mori restaurant, situated in the garden by the sea. It provides an amazing dining atmosphere. the bar has a beautiful view and tasty cocktails.

the staff was always eager to help and. everyone i met was friendly and proactive. the hotel even upgraded my classic room to a sea view room with a tub, a nice touch.

i was greeted with a friendly, professional attitude (a great way to start my stay). the room was very super clean and cozy with great views of the marina. the staff was helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent. the breakfast spread had everything i could want, nothing was missing.
the room curtains did not block out enough light at night, i found it a little difficult to sleep.

the pool area was fine and built to a high standard. there were multiple pools to choose from, including an adults-only pool for a quieter experience. (i really liked the option of the quiet pool).

the staff provided faultless service. all the staff, from reception to the bar, were friendly and helpful. they seemed happy to work there and always offered assistance without being intrusive.

room curtains do not stop light getting in day and night therefore i couldnt sleep properly.
