limited housekeeping inadequate slope

i was disappointed by the limited housekeeping service. the towels were changed only every two days, and the bed linen every three days. i found this insufficient for a hotel stay (i would expect daily service). also, the shower floor had inadequate slope, so water flooded the entire bathroom unless i rushed.
