mixed feelings about this stay

inconsistent cleaning long wait

I found THE food service to be quite disorganized. i had to wait a long time for someone to take my order. also, the room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, other days it seemed rushed. i noticed dust in corners and the balcony was not swept .

wonderful stay with excellent service

clean beach spacious room effective air conditioning

the beach offered plenty of sun beds and was clean. the room included a little seating area inside and felt large. the air conditioning worked well, a definite plus for staying cool during warmer days.

i noticed the shower pressure was somewhat weak, a minor inconvenience.

I loved the sports fields and bars! The beach had plenty chairs and umbrellas. We also appreciated the food. There were many options. The animation team was really friendly. That was such a plus!

great perk tennis court beach location

The animation team provided plenty of daytime and evening entertainment. Tennis court access was a great perk. I found the pool lovely. Its close location to the beach was ideal.

I found the activities at the kids' club repetitive, with themes reusing the same drawing activities.

the buffet had good food. staff members were all very friendly! the room was clean and quite comfortable.

the music played non stop, even when no-one was in the pool, which my room overlooked

a great all inclusive experience

friendly staff excellent food spacious room fine view

The staff were friendly and helpful. the food was excellent. I especially liked the omelette station every morning. the views from the beach were fine.. i also appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. the entertainment team kept everyone engaged, without being too intrusive. we enjoyed the tennis courts a lot, they were a real plus.
