a serene jungle escape
thai boxing beginner friendly environment knowledgeable instructors lively vibe
the thai boxing sessions led by man, dee and mus were fantastic! i found them to be very accommodating and beginner friendly. the lively vibe really helped me get into muay thai. the instructors were very patient and knowledgeable.
the imported mineral water was quite expensive. i wish i had known the price beforehand, as the servers provided it automatically.

The resort's location in the jungle was amazing. The setting felt very peaceful. it provided a nice escape from the crowds, and there was plenty of greenery surrounding the hotel. i loved being surrounded by nature.

diverse breakfast comfortable transfer helpful assistant skilled therapist
the breakfast was diverse , offering many options. the boat transfer was prompt , and comfortable. i found natty very helpful as my assistant , she was easily reachable via whatsapp. the spa was really good , the therapists were skilled.
the beach accessible to guests had some litter and could use better upkeep , it was not always cleaned regularly.

natty provided excellent assistance , she was available via whatsapp , it made communication efficient. the buggy service was fast , drivers were punctual when called. the staff overall were polite , helpful , and quick to respond to requests.

the hotel is on an island , boat transfers are necessary and run smoothly. the boat ride to the hotel took only 15 minutes , it made arrival simple. the island location is peaceful , and remote , removed from busier areas.

a decent stay with minor issues
friendly staff great yoga inconvenient room restrictive schedule
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the yoga teachers sun and fah. The full class yoga stretching time was wonderful. i also loved the siavasana massages at the end of the class.
Our room lacked a proper closet. living out of suitcases for several days was inconvenient. additionally, the boat transfer was not as smooth as it could be. The schedule felt quite restrictive.

The staff, including Ole, Sun, Fah, Kai, and Mean, were great. The lagoon villa was super clean and peaceful. The resort is beautiful and well kept. I stayed four nights.
The resort is on an island and options to get off it were not various.

beautiful scenery, disappointing service
limited menu poor welcome
the food selection on the all-inclusive package was limited. many menu items had extra charges. (this was frustrating for an all-inclusive stay). the customer service was inconsistent. i had to wait outside my room because staff did not provide a key. this was a very poor welcome after a long journey.

i ordered the villa with a private pool. the accommodation was nice and luxurious. the bed was comfortable. the resort is big with a lot of greenery.
the staff is friendly, and always wants to help. they lack in many processes. there are several processes that do not work well. this hotel can be framed as 3 stars.

A Quiet Island Getaway
daily yoga kind instructor great food
I enjoyed the daily yoga sessions a lot. The instructors, Pui, Mus, Rong, and Don, were really knowledgeable and kind. The food had decent range and was great quality. I had no dietary requirements. The room also had great controls.
The check-in process was quite slow. I waited longer than I expected. The front desk staff did not seem approachable and acted like I was bothering them when I asked questions. I needed a clearer explanation on how the full board package worked.
