amazing beachfront stay!

The hotel's location right in front of the beach was superb. i especially liked the convenient 7-eleven store right next door, a real lifesaver. the travel agency in the lobby provided very friendly service. They made planning activities super easy. the available bungalows offered everything i needed for a comfortable vacation.
i noticed several missing tiles in both pools, a detail that needs attention. the sun beds looked a bit dirty, and the pool area seemed generally unkempt at times. this area needs some love and upkeep.

the pools are beautiful and include a nice pool bar with friendly staff. i noticed tropical garden orchids and coconut trees that enhanced the atmosphere. pools offered a relaxing spot after exploring the area.

the resort staff were very nice and helpful, especially the maids and reception staff. i received a complimentary room upgrade to a garden view villa, a pleasant surprise. their assistance added a personal touch to my visit.

This location is really unbeatable. It is just a short walk to the beach. the hotel is also very close to several restaurants, bars, and shops for easy access. i could easily reach everything i wanted to visit.

the room had slippers beach towels and a beach bag available the breakfast selection offered a good variety the hotel also has very nice thai style.
sometimes i found it hard to get a towel without some delay.

mixed feelings ABOUT the stay
room mosquitos
The air conditioner barely cooled THE room. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the day. It started early in the morning and continued until late afternoon, disrupting any attempt at relaxation. i also noticed Several mosquitos in the room and the staff didn't seem worried about it.
