Mixed Feelings about the Stay

The breakfast had a large variety.
Lights were broken with wires showing and taped to posts, I saw broken tiles on the floor around the grounds. Staff did not listen well. They only seemed to catch part of my order. When the food came, I was missing items, signaling poor communication.

My room included two complimentary bottles of water daily and had blackout curtains. The air conditioning worked efficiently and maintained a cool temperature. I appreciated the turndown service each evening. The room service menu provided a variety of options with prompt delivery.
The gym equipment felt a little dated and some machines need maintenance.

cheap selectioninconsistent housekeeping
The breakfast was seriously lacking for a supposed fancy hotel. the selection felt cheap and uninspired. I expected way more variety. plus, i noticed the housekeeping wasn't consistent. some days they did a great job, other days i found missed spots and surfaces not properly cleaned. It was annoying to see this inconsistency.
