the resort was huge and had great facilities.

i found several issues . housekeeping only changed towels. they did not remove the garbage or make the beds. i had to call reception for someone to collect the garbage, a fault i believe they should have acknowledged from the beginning.

The hotel sits right on the beach. This made access super easy. The main street runs right by the hotel. This made exploring simple. The breakfast included many choices. This was a great start to each day.

The hotel needs maintenance. It was obvious in places. The staff were sometimes unhelpful. That was disappointing. My room smelled of smoke. It was unpleasant.

the location was superb it was right on the beach. the grounds were very tidy and well maintained even though the hotel was close to restaurants. i did not hear any outside noise once i was on the resort. i enjoyed the privacy and quiet atmosphere

i noticed some very slight wear and tear in the bathroom it could benefit from a little sprucing up

my room was very spacious perfect. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool even during the hottest parts of the day. i had a nice view from my balcony.

The breakfast service disappointed me. Bacon was not available until an hour after the breakfast service began. The check-in process felt disorganized and chaotic. Housekeeping should also spray rooms to prevent mosquitoes during daily cleaning.

i LIKED that this hotel had direct beach access. It made going to the beach very easy. I also found the breakfast selection had good variety. There were thai curries with rice as well as fresh fruit.

the POOL was quite dirty. There was scum around the sides. The pool bar was also closed. It looked like it had been closed for quite some time because plants had grown across the shutters
