great family stay

friendly staff super clean room vegan menu

the staff are great! they were super helpful and friendly. our room was a lovely big space kept spotlessly clean. the swim area was very clean! it was great sitting out on the terrace in the evening with all the low-level lighting illuminating the grounds. plus, there is a comprehensive vegan lunch menu.

The warm swimming pools were hot, like a warm bath. many parents sat in the splash park. It was much cooler. the hotel needs to address this temperature issue as many customers mention it. it shows a lack of interest in customer feedback.

the location is excellent with easy beach access and it stretches inland to the main commercial area. it is also a short walk away from many shops and restaurants for alternative dining options. there are several local shops very close by.

our family room was a good size with very comfortable beds! the room gate to the pool made it easy to keep the kids safe. the room also included effective air conditioning that worked without any issues. it was spacious enough for a family.

The concierge was very helpful. we booked a couple of great excursions with his help. the kids club is perfect. Kids loved the disco nights and parents could have a break. guest services are very communicative and charming.

fantastic resort experience

wide selection helpful staff

Breakfast had a wide selection. It easily catered for our varied tastes. the staff were amazing and helpful. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the resort has direct beach access and it is an easy walk to the main stretch of town with great dining options and local shopping.

Our room was never cleaned properly. Toothpaste marks and stains remained on the mirror and sink bowl. i saw handprint marks on the patio and balcony glass. bags of rubbish were just left by the cleaners.

The location is fantastic with shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. bang niang market is also about 15 to 20 minutes walk away. A short cab ride is an option. the resort sits right on a lovely beach.

the employees are so friendly and helpful. the staff were always very helpful, friendly and polite. special arrangements for celebrations, like decorating the bed for our wedding anniversary, shows great attention.

multiple pool responsive staff clean kids club

The hotel features multiple pool options, including a pool specifically designed for kids. Housekeeping maintains the rooms well and they match the pictures on the website. There are many choices for dining inside the hotel and even more within walking distance on the main road. The staff is responsive. My son appreciated the clean kids club.

The breakfast buffet became repetitive over several days.

the air conditioning didn't work properly, i reported it three times. nothing happened until guest services intervened. we also had a blocked toilet, nobody came and we fixed it ourselves. it was disappointing, i hoped for better communication.

Our manager followed up, which I thought was professional. They assured me they reviewed check-in and room facilities. Staff are reviewing procedures. This is a large family resort. Bringing my grandchildren, I would certainly choose this place. It's geared for children ages 1-12.

I booked a golf-buggy for luggage collection the evening before departure, at 5:10 AM. No one arrived, and I ended up hauling my luggage to reception. I found the airport transfer waiting. I was hot and sweaty. Perhaps they could improve this service.

EXCITING stay!

many pools great kids club maintained grounds friendly staff

The resort featured many pools with slides and a lazy river, FANTASTIC. There was also a great kids club with structured activities for various age groups. The grounds and buildings were maintained really WELL! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I found ONE TINY thing, they have a shop on site! I didn't discover it until the last day.
