Really good Villa Experience

The villa provided ample private space. It felt secluded. The villa's design was magnificent and it was beautifully kept by the cleaning staff. I found the reception staff especially helpful. They consistently checked on our needs and expertly assisted with all inquiries.
The hotel's layout included numerous stairs. This sometimes complicated movement around the resort.

The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the ping pong table available for recreation. Breakfast had a wide selection of food. There was definitely plenty to choose from. I appreciate the strict breakfast policy.
The hotel rooms are not soundproof, and I could hear corridor sounds.

The hotel has a free shuttle service. This shuttle goes to Patong Beach. A 7/11 store is within walking distance from the hotel. This is convenient.

noisy poolside roominadequate resolution
the room i booked was a beautiful pool access sea view and i thought it would be amazing. sadly, my view was mostly the bar pool and lacked any real privacy. it was noisy with guests drinking all day. also, the room felt much smaller then what i expected and the hotel staff didn't do much when i raised this. the hotel offered a spa voucher, it didn't solve the problem. it wasn't a great experience.

Mixed Stay with Room Issues

I found some issues . The room I got smelled strongly of mildew. It seemed the air conditioning wasnt working right because the humidity was high. I spoke to staff, but the situation didnt really improve. This. the shuttle service times were limited. This meant I often waited longer than expected. It was a problem planning my outings.

the hotel was huge and very clean. the staff were helpful and kind. it's in close distance to the most beautiful beach i've ever seen, freedom beach. they have a shuttle going to and from the patong area every 2 hours. the views were immaculate as well!!! there was a specific staff member there named 'mochi' who was killing it.

the service staff always provided a cute greeting and addressed requests quickly. i asked for extra towels and they arrived within minutes. the staff helped arrange transportation and provided helpful local information.

The views of the ocean from the infinity pool were calming. The pool itself was very nice! Breakfast had plenty of variety. The staff were accommodating. The free shuttle service into town was great.
The hotel has so many stairs and it's not organized well at all.
