I really enjoyed the water areas and the soft play area for kids. The hotel provides free ice cream in the afternoon, and craft activities also occur. I liked the breakfast buffet. It offered many options. The hotel includes washing and drying facilities on each level, a detail I greatly appreciate.
I noticed the pool area felt slightly unclean.

i found the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. washing facilities were free and convenient for families. the pool closing late at 10pm was excellent. the location allowed easy exploration with shuttle buses, the beach shuttle, and cable car access.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service and the sentosa bus a. both of these are great for getting around. the pool bar opens early at 9am. It is very convenient. the hotel has a shop that sells pastries, coffee, and ice cream. The pastries were delicious! the pool is well sectioned into kid, adult, and communal areas. This makes the stay so much better.
i heard some delivery trucks from my room, but it was minor.

The staff got to know my children by their names and created fun activities by the pool. every staff interaction was perfect. the fun team had people interacting around the pool. It was a wonderful experience. their attitude was really amazing.

the breakfast buffet had many choices (i especially loved the pastries). the pool was great with a comfortable temperature. excellent service at the pool bar. it was useful to have washing machines available without extra charge. the staff showed care in assisting my mum, who uses a wheelchair.
the gym didn't have good air conditioning, so it was less than ideal.
