I expected a bit more from this place. The marketing made it look perfect. the breakfast buffet was repetitive. the fruit selection was limited. we loved the pools. but the view was amazing!

i really liked the variety of swimming pools available. i found the staff to be friendly. we also enjoyed the cocktail making experience at ayana farm. arianta and eka.
the shower water had an unpleasant smell, it took several attempts to get rid of it

basic bread poor response
I found a few things not quite up to par for what i paid. the gluten-free bread at breakfast tasted more like cake. I had to bring my own. also, the reservations team did not respond until after i checked out. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience caused by premature check-out notices.
