the breakfast was great varied and plentiful. the location is perfect near the beach. the gardens are lovely and well maintained. it is a very relaxing environment overall.
the noise from other rooms was noticeable. i could hear people walking upstairs. sound insulation needs improvements.

The hotel features spacious rooms with a terrace and views of the gardens. The pool area is large. It provides many activities. I found a quiet spot easily. The entertainment concludes early, so I could sleep soundly.
The housekeeping staff failed to notice a dead cockroach near the washroom door for three consecutive days. A live lizard was also present on the washroom glass. I found this unexpected in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The grounds were beautifully maintained, a visual treat, and the pool area was inviting. putu, always around the swimming pool, offered assistance with moving umbrellas, a service i definitely welcomed. the staff helped with anything we needed. I experienced such warmth and kindness.
the gym was a bit crowded at peak times, limiting immediate access to all equipment.

The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection to suit every taste. I was pleased with the range. the food available was delicious, with many options appealing to diverse preferences and dietary needs. i was able to sample local delicacies too.

I had a good breakfast. It had many options and set me up for the day. The pool area was nice. It gave access to the beach. The location was close to a mall , eateries , and massages.
My room seemed a bit old. The air conditioning smelled a little strange. The shower leaked water under the door. I could clearly hear other guests passing by.

The fireworks were excessive. every night, around 9:30 or 10 pm, also sometimes even later, fireworks went off. it always woke my baby, what a fun vacation. the noise wasn't pleasant, and they just not stop. the room temperature was also difficult to adjust. It always reminded me of a freezer.
