breakfast buffet pool area helpful staff
The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices. The hotel provided several pools and beach access. Lastri and Hema were particularly helpful to guests at the beach.
The air conditioning unit made a SLIGHT noise at night.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. It included many international cuisines. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. There were many daybeds available .
The check-in experience requires improvement. The associate at the counter offered no information about the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to the Loyalty manager. She assured that we would be shown to our room, it was only a promise.
