the hotel features three fantastic pools and provides numerous services i found very convenient. the staff are friendly and always ready to help guests. i especially loved the plentiful breakfast options with the 11am last order so i could sleep in a little.
i didn't like how the bathroom sometimes had a sewer smell at random times this was a minor issue though.

the hotel is right on the beach, its such a great location for us. i travel with my two young kids and they can't join water sports at tanjung benoa. but the beach here is more than enough for them to spend the whole day, so i'm grateful. the turtle release programme is a great bonus, we watched the turtles together.
i ordered room service one night, it was around 8pm. the plates were still not collected by 9am the next morning. i ended up having to take glasses to the staff, because they weren't removed during a room clean. they need to focus on this.

this hotel is right next to markets and the beach, which i found to be super accessible. i was able to step outside and immediately find whatever i needed. it is also a short walk from a large shopping centre.

the hotel has three outdoor pools, one is directly on the beachfront with access. towels are free to borrow. i loved that there are water, and coffee in the room. we use the gym with three treadmills and various weight machines.

The BREAKFAST selection disappointed me. I EXPECTED more variety and better quality. It seemed quite basic. the sun loungers near the pool REQUIRED a good cleaning, they were FILTHY and had an unpleasant smell. I found this UNACCEPTABLE for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
