The staff were very friendly. The resort area has many attractions and shops nearby. A huge park is accessible from the resort. I found public transport very easy to access from the hotel. The room was large for what you get in many places.

I noticed there were no glasses in the room. It was hard to find a simple thing to drink water.

I enjoyed that the hotel was next to a water park. a shopping center was also within walking distance. the beach was nearby too. The location was really convenient for various activities.

there was no laundry bag in my room, i needed one for my clothes! also, the wash basin was clogged for the first two days, annoying. the bed felt too soft, i prefer a firmer mattress.
