Acceptable but Dated
The rooms were great and the staff were friendly.
The hotel seemed a bit run down. It definitely felt older than the photos suggested (I found broken tiles and peeling paint around the pool).

the rooms are nice i stayed in a superior bungalow. it was cleaned every day. the location near the beach was handy.
the staff english need improving for better communication. i had problem understanding instructions. the room was paper thin. i could hear neighbors next door.

quick service warm smiles great value
I really liked the quick service and warm smiles from the room service staff. It felt very cute! They provided packed breakfasts because we had to leave early. This was a very nice and unexpected gesture. The resort booked trips for us and they were really great and offered excellent value.

nice bathroom helpful staff shocking exterior rusty railing
the room was jasmine grand beautiful. it had a really nice bathroom. the staff at reception was helpful with transfers and tours, i think.
i booked a hibiscus room. the exterior of the building was shocking and depressing. the pool for this part of the hotel is old fashioned. it had broken tiles and rusty railings.

underwhelming stay, need improvements
damp room impolite staff
the location were acceptable. it was near a beach.
my room smelled damp and looked like it needed repairs. the staff weren't too polite when i brought it up. it seemed like they asked what i wanted from them.
